BLKFLMMKR, established Jan. 2020, is a brand designed to celebrate people of color on all sides of the camera. BLKFLMMKR was founded by Jazmin Jenay, an actress, screenwriter, and student at Florida A&M University.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your information is 100% secure. We conduct your purchase transaction via Shopify, which is certified Level 1 compliant to all categories of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

SHIPPING
How can I check the status of my order?
You should have received a tracking code in your order confirmation email. Use this code to check with our shipping carrier about the status of your order.
How long will it take me to get my order?
Our garments are handmade to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your package’s arrival. You can keep up with the status of your package using the tracking code provided in your order confirmation email.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Not at this time. Currently, all orders are delivered using Priority 2-Day Shipping.
Why is my shipment delayed?
It is likely that orders might be delayed due to COVID-19. Still, you can check on the status of your package using the tracking code provided in your order confirmation email.
Can you ship internationally?
Please email us directly for international orders to adjust the shipping cost. Ordering for international shipping using the domestic shipping cost will result in a cancellation of your order.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Where is my order confirmation email?
Your order confirmation email should be sent to the email provided during purchase within 1-2 minutes of purchase.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you are trying to change the shipping address of your order, you MUST email us at blkflmmkr@gmail.com with your order number and the corrected address within * of your order. If not, the order might need to be resent, and you will be responsible for these additional shipping costs.
Can I return/exchange my order?
Due to the highly customized nature of our products, we do not do returns. However, if you need to change your order, email us within 2 days of your order to update your order.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! Please email us with a photo of the damaged apparel so that we can assess next steps.
I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Please email us with a photo of the damaged apparel and a copy of your order email so that we can assess next steps.
What if I didn’t receive my package?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your package’s arrival. (This estimate has been extended to 3-4 weeks due to COVID-19). If after the allotted time you still haven’t received your package, use the tracking code provided in your order confirmation email to see the most recent location and contact the package carrier for more information.
